The Joint Planning & Zoning Commission meets on the second Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m. Petitioner(s) are responsible for filing their “Notice of Hearing” with the Daily Ledger 18 days before the actual meeting takes place. (Example: Meeting 2/11/08 – Filing of Notice 1/24/08).
